April 2009 – Cedar Rapids, IA -- UPA installs one millionth meter for MidAmerican Energy. "This is an historic milestone for both UPA and MidAmerican Energy," said Michael Cale, CEO of UPA. "Great partners like MidAmerican Energy and Itron have made UPA the leading meter installation provider in the country. We are proud of our team's efforts."

March 2009 – Montgomery, AL -- UPA completes a two year AMR installation project encompassing approximately 75,000 water meters located in Montgomery, AL.

February 2009 – Casper, WY -- Rocky Mountain Power chooses UPA as installation partner for an electric meter project in Casper, Glenrock and Douglas, WY. Installations are scheduled to begin in March of 2009.

January 2009 – Wellington, FL -- UPA contracts with the Village of Wellington, FL. In addition to performing water meter installations, UPA is collecting GPS points and providing its installation software and data interface services. Project scheduled to be completed by June of 2009.

December 2008 – Lakewood, NJ-- UPA hired to manage the AMR installation program for New Jersey Natural Gas. UPA will be responsible for the exchange of more than 200,000 gas modules.
